Cucumber and sideburns vegan salad.
greet all my friends of steemit, because as you know in addition to the crisis we add the great national blackout that has left us full of anguish, pain and despair seeing that the few foods that we could barely acquire were damaged in our refrigerators.
Impotence that we feel that when the little light that has arrived inefficient has damaged our electrical appliances, our patients with kidney problems have not been dialyzed, leaving us in a labyrinth of passions found, so have passed our last hours.
As Venezuelans, we do not lose hope that this nightmare will soon end, and in the meantime I decide to prepare a delicious salad.
Here begins our creativity to make simple menus that do not require electricity.
As I love salads I take advantage to spend the vegetables that I have in my refrigerator giving it priority since they are the first to be damaged.

What is onion in vinegar @perlanacarada? Is it somekind of onion pickle?
Hi friend, I'm sorry the delay of the answer but we are without Internet service, here in Venezuela because of the current crisis. The onion in vinegar is cut and left soaking in vinegar, the vinegar reduces the heat to the onion and gives it a rich flavor, many greetings to you friend. @cicisaja
