Huevos revueltos
A veces tenemos que salir volando de nuestras casas porque se nos hace tarde para ir al trabajo, universidad, colegio o algun compromiso que tengamos, esto suele pasar porque se nos hace tarde o nos quedamos dormidos y no nos da tiempo de comer ya que se debe invertir tiempo para cocinar y comemos cualquier cosa que encontremos en la nevera, aqui les traigo una receta facil y rapida para hacerla en esos momentos de contingencia, unos ricos huevos revueltos
Ingredientes
2 huevos
50 gr de jamon
2 0 3 rebanadas de tocino
Media cebolla
1 tomate
Una pizca de pimienta
Sal o adobo al gusto
Salsa de ajo
Cilantro
Un poco d aceite
Pan de sandwich para acompañar
Procedimiento
Corte la cebolla, el tomate y el cilantro en trozos pequeños, En un sarten agrege aceite por unos minutos cuando caliente un poco agregue los aliños cortados revuelva por unos minutos y agregue la tocineta y el jamon cortado, continue mezclando hasta que agarre un color brillante, en un bol aparte añada los huevo y mezclemos con un batidor de mano, luego añadalo a el sarten con los demas ingredientes, añada la salsa de ajo y la sal o pimienta al gusto, revuelva hasta que el huevo este cocido y sirva en un plato lo puede acompañar con un pan arepa o cualquier contorno que prefiera y todo esto en menos de 10 minutos
