I discovered google workspace a long time and it's so easy to use. It pops up my to-do list at a particular time as a reminder on my screen and that helps me stay dedicated to maximizing my time.

Long time is a comparitve statement though. Maybe i was late due to its availabilty to me but probably i started using it right from its conception :)
