House Flip: Trees Gone
It looks so much more open with those trees gone - we will probably have to replace then with some smaller trees for shade,
I wanted to keep the tree in the front yard but two different landscaping companies both said it was dead in the core and needed to come out - the one next to the house was causing roof and foundation issues so it had to come out for sure.

followed you. I liked the trees, but it looks a ton better now without them. Curb appeal changed immediately once the one in front was gone. It now has a chance of being seen. Though the shade from the tree in the front was useful, a tree offset to the side to still show the beauty of the house is usually best, in my opinion. I like your idea Thanks for helping me in the real estate section ;)
