AI will continue to shake up real estate in 2018

Artificial Intelligence is slowly emerging as an ubiquitous presence in our lives. We are starting to see it everywhere as new technologies take advantage of massive potential it has. It's also happening behind the scenes in areas that we cannot even see - market makers, traffic logistics, delivery scheduling, medical diagnosis and many other industries are being turned on their head by AI. At this point, it is obvious that it will only develop to better, faster and cheaper technology that will be available to consumers, not just governments and businesses. Even amateur developers are getting AI programming kits that allow them to build it into their programs and apps. Real estate has traditionally taken advantage of the newest technologies available and it is no different with artificial intelligence. Here is an article about it that just came out, discussing these changes and advances and how they will impact the real estate market over the next year. I'm very interested in AI and real estate, so the merging of the two gets me all giddy inside.
