Why I love Rental Properties
I have flipped over 140 houses, sold over 1,000 houses as an agent, and made a lot of money on my blog. But my favorite investment is rental properties. Flipping, being an agent, wholesaling all more of jobs than investing. When you buy the right rental property it will create instant equity, make money every month, and keep making you money as long as you own it. Rentals are also a great hedge against inflation because your income increases as rents increase and you pay off your loan over time.

Great video! Have you ever considered going bigger and starting a national company? If I had somebody like you to manage my properties I might actually buy one. Instead I will probably be on the sidelines for a while more if not forever. I think you would be a great person to manage something like a real estate investment trust.
I don't manage them myself. I have a property manager. There are companies like renters warehouse that manage rentals across the nation.
Cool, yeah my uncle is heavy into Real Estate. He said he always liked the Land Contracts and really didn't care for Rentals. They took too much energy with the tenants and their demands on things.
But his best friend and partner in real estate was heavily involved in Rentals. And loved it
Property managers are a key to making it work!
