I am a huge fan of goals. There is no way I would be where I am today without them. Every year I set big goals, and keep track of my progress throughout the year. This year has been a bit crazy with everything that has happened.

Like I said I like to set big goals! We also went to Disneyland as well as Turks and Caicos this year. I like to have fune as well.

How do you think that rising interest rates will affect property prices?
They could affect them some, but I do not see them making a huge difference.
