So I check my YouTube messages & email, and there is a guy from New York who has been watching all my videos and feels inspired by my relentless foolishness to continue the Journey, despite the circumstances. Despite all reasonable logic. Being UNreasonable and UNrealistic has it's benefits. As Dieter, the dude from New York offers to me a free flight to my goal destination of Portland, Oregon... flying from my nearest Airport; which is Bakersfield.

I knew that I would never be physically able to bike 2000 miles in 10 days, but I'd never expected to FLY FOR FREE?!!!! Dieter has accumulated air miles, and is willing to share his abundance with me! At first I feel skeptical, like it cannot be for real, maybe there is some kind of scam when he asks for my Passport Info, but I take the "risk" with no other options available, and sure enough, he is for real!!!

The video is our phone conversation from Arizona Airport, on route to Oregon!!! This is first opportunity I have had with my brand new camera (which had no battery charge) to stop and explain the amazing developments! A motivational and inspirational filmmaker example of the benefits of being absolutely unrealistic and unstoppable in your persistence towards successfully achieving your dreams.
