If you want to secure your investment and to get a reasonable return as the time passes, real estate is the best option because your investment value will appreciate with time and in the meanwhile, you may earn rentals or any other form of return. Otherwise if earning is the sole purpose of investment, real estate would be a slower one indeed. Consider other business opportunities as well.
