Books are the treasures of knowledge. They contain the knowledge of wise men. By reading the book we get more and increase our knowledge. Which makes us learned. Everyone respected to learned men in anywhere. Besides knowledge, books give us pleasure. Some books are very interesting to read. We find books on the different subject like language, maths science, history geography, general knowledge etc. The books that we read at school are called textbooks. Besides our textbooks, We may read stories, novels, dramas biographies, travels, inventions and discoveries, essays, etc. Nowadays we find lots of books on the market. If we want to read books other than a textbook, we should consult our teachers or parents. They can tell us which books are good for us. There are some bad books in the market. we should not read such books. They spoil our character.
