On insecurities

For that question on my last post my answer is : Mind control (like the professor X typa gig)

.... So I was thinking about insecurities.
Now with that we should be clearer on what it "simply"means.
Right? Cool!!

So the question that generally follow is : how do u get better at managing them?

Well the answers are somewhat " simple" u just gotta have a few basic things...

But first before that u need!!!!

Will(Courage) ; y'know start small first...e.g like if u are afraid of making eye contacts for example and lets say u have dog. U could do a stare contest with it,lol or just simply get a mirror.

*1 - Then u start by "accepting ur self" .(e.g i used to know aguy who hated his legs cos they were k-legs...dude saw C.ronaldo later on that gave a big ass confidence boost)

*2 - Never compare ur self - It just harms u its never a good idea. Always remember ur journeys are different.

*3 - Being positive - this is a very hard thing to do especially people dealing with depression and other hard situations like that...sometimes u need to just be a little more attentive or just change the people around you.

*4 - Forgiving ur self - Look!!! thing is there's no better way to say this other than: Life didnt come with a "how to" manual...so saying that,i will "simply" like to let you know or remember that u are probably doing the best u can and if u arent then u know u can do more...a lil' push isnt so bad.

Change how u look at every thing,start from there,
