I had a friend who thought he was lactose intolerant - I took him to a real farm to drink real milk and he digested it fine! Don't get me wrong, some people ARE lactose intolerant, but some people also go through their entire lives thinking they are allergic to milk, when it's actually the way the milk was processed.
