How to mine Ravencoin

Step 1

Download a Ravencoin Miner We'll use Suprminer for nvidia cards by ocminer .

Step 2

Download your wallet or paperwallet

Step 3

Run Wallet wait for it to sync be sure to backup your wallet next,
Click File select Receiving addresses create a new one name it mining , take note of your wallets address you'll need it later.

Step 4

Pick your mining pool.
we'll use: http://www.ravenminer.com/ currently has about 20% of network's hashrate. You can pick a pool with a higher or lower hashrate if you like.

Step 5

Now that you have your miner software, your wallets address and you have picked your mining pool & port. Lets put it all together and setup your miner.

Unzip ccminer-2.2.5-rvn-windows and locate the bat file named gpu-miner-raven right click it and select edit .
you should see something like this.

ccminer-x64.exe -a x16r -o stratum+tcp://pool.threeeyed.info:3333 -u RV6n1QuCvTYp7UbqiZf1Rua1oVxNTvPFJ5

change it to your pool and Your Wallet

example:
ccminer-x64.exe -a x16r -o stratum+tcp://ravenminer.com:3366 -u RV6n1QuCvTYp7UbqiZf1Rua1oVxNTvPFJ5 -p dworker1

Save and Exit.

Step 6

Double click the gpu-miner-raven.bat file your miner should open and start mining!

check your mining stats by entering address here :
