If you already have a Pi then awesome if not Order one either from a link I provided or find on your favorite tech site.
Once you have a Pi lets go over to

Put your MicroSD card either in your computer or an adapter so we can add files to it. Unzip the Quadboot folder and extract all the contents to the ROOT of the SDCARD.
I could show you step by step in long drawn out fashion how to setup everything BUT it would be easier to point you to this video
Just watch this video and you will be good to go, Once you have setup your new Quad Boot system you will have Kodi you can look on Youtube for the latest Sources for it to get to your movie, and tv show watching.

Youtube and search for RetroPie and you will find videos on getting your roms on the Pi etc, Get roms from the Usual Places!

The cheap Pi hardware is almost perfect for this purpose.
