There are more than 17 million people in Bangladesh. But nowadays, the level of rape has increased. Every day there is a child or a woman being raped. Currently, no child or girl is safe in the country or society.
But why this incident is happening day and night?
What is the reason?
Are we civilized as humans?

Or the government's fault?
