The Steem Dream Team [RAP about Steemit]

Now listen up and let me tell you a tale/
Of a young man's journey from minnow to whale/
On the quest for the holy grail/
Follow along and you'll never fail.

A young protagonist who started with nothing/
Just a young rapper with aspirations for something/
Rapping for fun, not following the dream/
Until he came across a website called Steem.

Joined Steemit and he started to post/
Posts fading away unnoticed like ghosts/
Daily sitting, dreaming the dream/
Of finding a place in the steem dream team.

Amongst the greats of the site that he followed like sages/
He wanted to get himself up on the front pages/
Hundred or a thousand dollars daily/
Following the greats like @trevonjb.

So he continued to write and he kept posting to steem/
And he continued to rap and he continued to dream/
And he kept trying different ways to rise to the top/
And with every bar he wrote he knew he'd never stop.

He saw people writing topics about music and sport/
He even joined a discord channel for @minnowsupport/
A few dollars here and a few dollars there/
But he wasn't gonna stop until he got where?

Whale status, it was that he was chasing/
Left him confused, all around his room he was pacing/
How could he get there, he was well on his way/
Didn't wanna wait a year, wanted it today.

Then he had an idea about writing a beat/
If it was a hit, it would be pretty neat/
So he posted on the site to see how it would go/
To see if site patrons would appreciate his flow.

And whaddaya know, it was a success/
Out of all his posts it was performing the best/
Dollars turned to hundreds and before you knew/
The rapper's popularity grew and grew.

Made mad money every single day/
In the same league now as @sweetsssj.

Became the greatest rapper, than Steem ever saw/
Steem patrons gathered around and waited for more/
And before you know it the rapper went far/
Far beyond steem and straight to rap star.
