Republicans Move To Release The Memo Concerning Surveillance Abuses

Lawmakers in Washington were shocked by a classified memo released by Rep. Devin Nunes, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, that detailed what Republicans who have read the memo say it demonstrates “rampant FBI misuse during 2016 and misuse of the FISA law.” And while the country was focused on the Schumer Shutdown over the weekend, Nunes met with Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte and Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy to discuss the possibility of declassifying this memo and releasing it to the public.
