Way too many parasites in sushi for me to like it :P but I understand the appeal, I can have it once in a while.
yea sushi does have a lot of parasites. most of it gets digested and you're fine, unless the kitchen has malpractices..
but i'm more worried about all that mercury in the ocean and fish are coming out with mercury poison..
