Today is the day of cooking and in addition to boiled water, frying things is another of my culinary skills, you name it and I fried it, so today I made some cheese empanadas, for my bro, my mom, my cousins and my uncle who live next to us, my cousin is the best, she is always buying me and giving away sweets and candies so @khackett reminded me that it is always good to show how much we care for them, even if it's not the healthiest food : D

I had to run and write my name and date on the paper when I returned to barely I could take the picture, but it's okay

I hope you do them, they are super easy to do and do not require many steps but what matters is the gesture and if that gesture is fried it is better.
