Reminder to you all that the second episode of Hungry Hungry hump day comes to you at the same time of 6pm UTC, reminder that if your clocks went back last sunday its an hour earlier than last week, because I keep forgetting.

Being it is Halloween and many will have children to attend to, we will be a little more laid back this week as there are no guests planned on the show.

We will look at the origins of the pumpkin, and some tasty pumpkin recipes. And just how did a Jack o Lantern get invented.

We will look at some cheeky recipes for last minute halloween party ideas and more, so I hope to see you in the ramble at 8pm.
