I think most of the money is still from retail investors who rather get their money out of crypto than stocks etc.
Not sure if Crypto is this much of a safe heaven yet.
The fact that Bakkt got postponed is a bit suspicous though...
I think the retail effect on crypto has been mia since futures started trading. & lately there have been some big anon wallets playing with big market orders. Seems like big bank action to me
