Di bulan Ramadhan ini kita berpuasa, menahan lapar dan dahaga.
Untuk memberikan tenaga dibulan puasa ini, kita digalakkan untuk bersahur dengan kurma.
Ini kerana kurma mengandungi banyak zat-zat dan vitamin yang dapat membantu anda disiang hari bulan puasa.
Makan kurma juga adalah sunnah Rasullulah (SAW).
Ayuh, kita bersahur dengan kurma.
