Some insights on Raiblocks

After ending their distribution, XRB was about to fork, but the fork didn't happen. The 'fork' happened with the team however. Now there are 2 separate teams working with different perspective. One is raiblocks.net and the other is raiblockscommunity.net. Raiblocks.net is official and after ending the distribution, they burnt the undistributed XRB. So, there's only about 130 million XRB left circulating. It seems like raiblockscommunity.net didn't believe in ending the faucet distribution. At first, they decided to fork into a new coins but after considering certain factors, they decided not to. They resumed the faucet with private fund by using coinhive mining as PoW on Nov 17 2017. On Nov 11 2017, they announced that the fork will be aborted and they will run unofficial raiblocks faucet with private funds. That explains the price increase of XRB about 4 days prior to that announcement. It seems like they started buying XRB from the market. Price rises from around 1400 satoshis to 2000 satoshis during that time.
Current reward in that faucet is roughly 1 million hashes = 0.1 XRB = 200 satoshis
Since they use CoinHive, let's do our calculation with Monero.
1 million hashes = 0.0002 XMR = 400 satoshi
So, what does it mean? Is raiblockscommunity.net making profit from that faucet? Is that their main purpose?
In my opinion, I don't think so. If it were their only purpose, they don't have to do it with XRB. The point I can see here with my limited knowledge is that they now have a good point to prevent dumping from faucet claimers since they are making profit already and can maintain the price of XRB. They can even raise the price to 3k satoshi if they want. That's why I think XRB price would be a flat line in the meantime. Since official raiblocks.net roadmap is currently dealing with mobile wallet and further plans are not announced yet, this will be the furtherest one can predict.
