it's not clear when @kiwibot will start voting again but i asked on both discord and the blog ... the distro will shut down until it does or until the pool is back up, the raffles will continue. @moonbot is a total loss at 3 steem per month, especially for a distro or giveaway where i give 90% of the sbd revenue away while i already only get half back of what i give ... there's another, @incitebot or something but they have some weird system with a "subscription fee" that lasts three months plus a monthly fee which last one month, which comes down to more and has no opportunity to opt-in for only one month so,

so far, assuming kiwibot starts voting and it wasnt a scam, @steembasicincome and kiwi would be the only ones who are actually worth the steem put into it, although kiwibot not convenient for a system like this due to the gaps and no continuity if it pays out the nothing is lost ofcourse, it just means theres one week per month in which the participants get less payout on a win, but as i learned in my 45 years, seeing is believing, first evaluation after the first month

• who is eligible ? :

1. only accounts with root posts in the last seven days ( a root_post is a post you made yourself, not a re-steem), no matter what the content, i will not be writing an a.i. to check on spelling and content level , but i can easily scan for active accounts. So, no stale accounts, no accounts that re-steem only, no accounts that have no own- or root-post in the last seven days

2. i'm still debating with myself wether i will allow a vote for the same day on both @ubasti and @sakhmet , and please mind those are two completely different systems

3. please keep this in mind, i can NOT give you your vote back if you do, i'm not asking for money, and i'm not luring you to participate, i want to be very clear so people don't make mistakes and lose one of their votes for nothing but if there are no root_posts in the last seven days you will not be counted when the winner is randomly chosen

4. winner will be chosen by "google::random number 1 x" as i usually do when a number is required

5. the winner will be announced in the daily post on the day of payout and the money will be sent when i receive the payout

6. i keep 10% for growth and minimal promotion, depending on what that is one bot might be picked to upvote the post on day of last post payout

7. if you are confused then leave a comment and ask please, its quite simple, you just vote, on payout one winner gets chosen, that account gets 90% of sbd payout
