The NHL Wants to “Diversify” (i.e. hire fewer whites) It’s Staff

The NHL conducted demographic survey of their employees for the first time in history and found that they were 84% white and 62% male. Despite having a fanbase that is 92% (8% more than staff) white and 68% male (6% more than staff) and a player base that is 90% white and 100% male the NHL has decided that white male staff are somehow overrepresented in a sport where the vast majority of players and fans are white males. A similar demographic survey would show that blacks are actually overrepresented in the NBA (73%) and NFL (57.5%) compared to their fanbase; only 45% of the NBA fanbase is black and only 15% of the NFL fanbase is black but this is not seen as a “problem.” And amid record revenue and profits, the NHL excuse of needing a “bigger market” rings hollow.

While critical theory has it’s origins in academic work of Frankfurt Marxist Herbert Marcuse the anti-white “inclusion” movement permanenting corporate culture is being bankrolled by the biggest monopoly capitalists in the world; conglomerates like AMEX, Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Google, and Johnson & Johnson are funding the mandatory DIE (YT) programs that focus on shaming whites for the original sin of being born white and reducing the number of white people employed by the organization. No doubt, this will include the pseudoscientific Implicit Association Test which has been demonstrated to have very low test-retest reliability and low predictability of lab experiment discrimination.

And don’t think this DIE (YT) ideology is limited to organized sports. Anything that mostly white people do, even solitary activities like bicycling and camping is considered raycisssss in need of more diversity.
