Maybe some of Stan's best writing... and certainly illustrative of the moral sentiment that crafted his heroic creations.

While Lee's sentiments could easily be imagined coming from the mouth of Mr. Fantastic, we can turn to Kirby for the monologue we might expect from the Thing.

Perhaps a little less noble... but still representative of the heart and soul of the American super hero.

Kirby and most of that generation of comic book workers fought in World War II. I guess maybe it's better they aren't here to see this.

Super Heroes wear different masks, some are nice like Stan, some are a little tougher like Jack lol, what a great quote.
