Euroring racetrack (Hungary)

in #racetrack8 years ago

After the story of the legendary Hungarian F1 race circuit, I decided to show another excellent race track in Hungary.
Today I will talk about the Euro-ring circuit, which located 52km south-east next to the M5 motorway.
The distance is perfect, to warm up your car engine. I drive many times on this track previously, so I like this track. It is much slower than Hungaroring, but you need to concentrate more because of the lots of bends.

Now the story of the track:
Euro-Ring circuit built in 2004. The owners aimed to construct a modern racing ring which can satisfy both the professional pilots and everyday people's need. At the first five years after opening, they took many successful races and events. The ring regularly used by car racers, motor riders, and go-karts. The total circuit length is 2750m with 330m finishing lane where the maximum achievable speed is approximately 140km/h. The width is 12m in the finishing lane and decreases to 10m at the rest of the track. Euro-Ring has excellent quality 9cm thick asphalt which can satisfy all needs from open-days to professional formula or car races.

They develop the ring time to time to fulfill their present and future clients needs. They replaced the main entrance, built a new snack-bar, 310m2 brand new conference center, and a new VIP department to provide the highest comfort for their clients.

They have 24 boxes for the competitors and their teams, a new tower for the place of the judges, and a recently built terrace which provides an excellent view of the whole ring.

From prices point of view they really cheap:
