Special Pork Nilaga | Tasty Tuesday#72
Hello Guys , specially to all foodies all over the globe. Hope you're all doing great. I also pray for all those countries who had been experiencing difficult times as of the moment. Our country had been experiencing series of earthquakes on different parts of it. Praying for the whole world. Despite of the worries i have because of those happenings , today, i would like to share another food we had during the vacation. Again this one is special because it was cooked by my dear mama with love . I've actually requested for this since my girls would love to eat rice with soup always. So, what delish food we have here?
Pork Nilaga
Pork Nilaga is a soup in a clear broth and is one of Filipino's traditional food as well. This is best served during cold weather and good for those who have hang over from alcoholic drinks 😂. This nilaga version of my mama is rich with ingredients. We had the actual pork , banana , pechay , cabbage , corn , and string beans . It's very easy to cook as well. It's as simoly boiling all the ingredients together and add some spices to taste. We really enjoyed the flavor and taste of the soup . I had more more rice that time , especially because we had chili mansi (combination of chili and calamansi) patis sauce on the side . It was a hungry-tummy-satisfying dish.
