IMHO, forming alliances with other projects like the one you have entered into, will lead to parting away of 10% of your daily votes. This is equivalent to leasing out 10% of the bot's SP to the market or someone in lieu of SBDs. So if your SP buying / leasing rate is lower than what you earn from these alliances, then it certainly is a smart deal. But otherwise you know, what you are upto!
You are very right, we did the math and it looks positive, but like all things on steemit we would have to test it out a bit first to see if it really helps us out. We have high hopes and if it does work like we expect it to then it will benefit both projects and all the members. =)
