Snacks are small amounts of food that we always eat between the main meals. We consume them in order to stay energized. I love to prepare sweets with simple ingredients, At the time of snack I love to eat Cupcakes especially those of chocolates.

Here I show you my recipe of my: Chocolate cupcakes:

Ingredients:
(for 12 Cupcakes)

• 2 cups leavening flour
• 120g margarine
• 1 and ½ cups of sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup of hot water
• Cupcake molds

Process

• Preheat oven to 350 F 180C

• In a bowl place the hot water with cocoa powder, beat and let cool

• Put the flour, baking powder and salt in another bowl

• With electric whisk, beat the margarine with the sugar until it is creamy.

• The eggs are added one by one and continue beating, add the vanilla essence the flour until everything is incorporated about 2 minutes and finally the cocoa is added, until everything is well mixed.

• We fill each of the cupcake molds, leaving a quarter so that when they grow, they do not overflow.
  Bake 20-25 minutes. When the stick with a stick it comes out clean, they will be ready.
