This is the first time I've had this type of minced pork rice. The pork is cubed finely, not exactly minced, and it's cooked so that the outside is nice and crunchy but it's not fried nor dry. I don't know how they make it but it was very tasty. When you break the egg and mix the yolk with the pork, it takes the dish to another level.
