This pata tim is a sweetened pork usually the tigh part of a pig and the legs. the seasonings are so easy to find. these are salt, black pepper, toyo, onion, garlic,water and sugar. you can play with the ratio and find the taste you would enjoy. just mix all the ingridients and boils until it will become slightly sticky. That green veggie in the picture is a chinesr pechay, boil it then create a deliciously looking food art. enjoy!!
