qurator photo friday competition. round 72: safest place on earth
NB. this man is not her daddy; actually, he is just sharing his shirt, if I remember it right. a baby was seeking a hideaway... I dont remember why. a nice touch, just adds to it. the image was taken at the tourist camp at the Ladoga lake, Karelia, Russia.

@blacklux, merci, Im very glad you love it... although nothing done by me, except tinting -- the image was great by itself... I had a macro session with dried poppies today. so pleased with results... oh, and the tximeletas coffee marathon -- are you in?

It could have been her dad
surely he could!
but i remember accurately, he _was not. _ I think thats important, adds some context / understanding to this pic. getting so close with your dad is one thing, and sharing a tee with unknown grownup painter, quite another!
but that camp, it happened to be a very special place. all people were good willing and pure gold, it was a camp for babies! (with their parents, ofc)
happy memories. i done a lot of b-w portraits there, will post them from time to time.
PS
i'd be very grateful and appreciative for any useful tags / challenges guidance. that feathers one -- how could I know about it without a friend? thanks! @brittandjosie
