BIP 1.1 Update: New votebank code has been implemented

The new votebank code is live!

How it works

At UTC 0.00 every day, the weight is calculated based on the voting power algorithm provided previously, say 70%. If the max upvote strength at this point is 1 SBD. Everyone gets a 0.7 SBD vote allocation added to their current votebank balance. So if you had 0.2 SBD in the bank you would have 0.9 SBD. The votebank is capped at a 100% vote. So your total balance cannot exceed 1 SBD.

Let's say you now have a full votebank of 1 SBD.
If voting strength in the day drops to say 50%, the max upvote at that point 0.5 SBD with a 100% weight. Since you cannot empty your allowance with a 100% weight vote as this would only provide you a 0.5 SBD upvote, this balance would just be taken from your votebank and you would have 0.5 SBD left for further upvotes.

In this way everyone gets the same allocation of SBD everyday, but due to the way Steemit works I cannot provide votes above my voting power. Sorry :(

• Delegation code now keeps the wallet balances close to 0, providing good payouts
• No more inaccurate numbers of .99999 or .0000### occur in the calculations
