No Free Money!

Should We Panic Now?

We set goals because we want to feel that we can achieve something, and gather all our limited resources for the year into what we think we can achieve within that period. Without setting goals, we might be feeling adrift, and we will still wander around trying to find what to focus on

Rock Types And The Rock Cycle
this post really took me back to junior high and high school science class! But surprisingly enough, I remembered the three rock types! How about you? Can you name them? Check out @mountainwashere's post and see how well you did.

Cycling California- Almaden Reservior, Past A Memorial For Patrick Tillman
Let's take a bike ride with @glennolua on this 24-mile cycling excursion today!
Across from Almaden Quicksilver Park, there is a memorial for Patrick Tillman. His name was in the news around 2004/5 as he was killed while in the armed forces in Afganistan... He was a professional football player for the Arizona Cardinals, a DB/Safety. He left football so he could serve time in the US Army.
Make sure to thank a service man or woman this holiday season for all his or her sacrifices.
Right next to his memorial is this placard about the mining that was done here in the early 1800's

You may have noticed that your upvotes from @qurator packed a little bigger punch! @scrooger and @ethandsmith are now trailing the @qurator account and will be sending you some extra upvotes from our side as well. It's not much but every upvote counts!
You can also follow the trail and send upvotes to fellow Qurator members when @qurator upvotes them. To set up a Streemian account only takes a few minutes and is a great way to earn some extra curation.
We suggest NOT following the trail at 100% since we do not want to drain too much of your precious voting power. Play around with your percentage and if you see your voting power being drained too much you can simply lower your % in Streemian. If you have a lot of voting power to spare you can consider a larger %.

Hello
I am independent Journalist that has been reporting on the Ukraine War, in anti Kiev- "Rebel" DPR/LPR territory for last almost 4 years( no other Western Journalist has been reporting here as long as me).
I have just been on Steemit for 6 days. I am loving it so far. I am happy to be the first (as far as I can tell) independent War correspondent on Steemit and Dtube. Steemit seems like a great platform with alot of potential to help spread the word on the what is really happening in the Ukraine War & show the War crimes that have been happening in Donbass. The idea of people really help others with upvotes is amazing. I am happy to bring the breaking news on the Ukraine War to the community. I just need to get a following so any help you could give me to spread my reports I would appreciate. Thanks
