Qurator's Tasty Tuesday #106
Un pavé de saumon roulé dans l'aneth et grillé à la poêle.
Je l'accompagne de ravioles de Romans, une spécialité de ma région le Dauphiné. Ce sont des pâtes farcies avec un mélange secret de fromage et d'herbes fraîches. Elles sont cuites en 1 minute et juste un peu de crème, c'est un pur délice.
Quelques tomates séchées pour la décoration.
