Finally, I managed to find the local infamous Nasi Ayam Penyet (“Smashed” Fried Chicken with Rice) for lunch and this is Indonesian cuisine and to be more precise is from East Java.

The dish served with fried tofu, tempeh, veggies, and sambal (local chilies).
