The thing on top of the beef is a Yorkshire Pudding. Its basically a simple batter similar to a pancake batter. That one is shop bought frozen and not freshly made and the beef is overdone...lol
Hope you had a nice time in Wales though , there are some lovely places and I'm there right now on Llandudno for a couple of days.
