Its the first time Ive seen pinakbet with only ampalaya on it and only cut lengthwise nonetheless. Our version includes several veggies but this one looks bitterly great. Got to make this version of yours soon. :D
I just used ampalaya, actually a lot of veggies should be included, but it is my own version haha try it.
