Good day to everyone!

My Entry for Tasty Tuesday: Eggplant caviar.
You can make such an appetizer very quickly. It's easy and fast.

I know that in every family "caviar" is prepared differently. I use this recipe.
So we need

INGREDIENTS

Eggplant -3 pcs
bell pepper -1pcs
Tomatoes - 1 pcs.

Vegetables must be baked, then peeled.

Chop with a knife, or use a blender. Add salt, pepper, garlic, vegetable oil to your taste.
