These are beautiful! IIRC, your #4 won 1st prize in the B&W minimalist category that I judged. You also won 1st in a later B&W colorsplash contest that I judged. I guess I just love your work :-) !tip

I don't recall any announcement. I think @daveks just stopped posting a theme. I imagine it's a lot of work and expense. I'm happy that @brumest still keeps #monomad running though.
Yup, I bet it's not easy to run a long-term contest. I used to host a few short-term ones which required lots of time and expense already. Kudos to these hosts!
