Might be an interesting idea to give minnows and those who can't afford to delegate a bit more of a boost, should they delegate 100% to each Qurator post in a week. Right now , keep in mind, that newbies (really just starting out) have an extremely small amount of RC to do ANYTHING with. I'm actually only able to do everything I do because I was awarded some delegations from contests. SP is EVERYTHING right now because of HF20. Help them more and I'm sure they will be willing to help you more.
