Hello! Been reading through your posts and have a couple questions before joining. The basic membership is one time and that gives a basic upvote for all of our posts correct? Also would it be a past post (a day or two or few hours etc) or only posts after I register. The tiers that are joined through either delegation or upvotes, these are in addition to the 4 STEEM registration? Lastly, if we have any issues are you a real person that checks the wallet transfer etc or do we need to email?
Basic is upvotes for life, but only one upvote per 24 hours. It will be upvoting new posts after you register. The tiers are in addition to the 4 steem registration fee yes. We are real people handling any issues/errors. We reply via wallet messages but prefer our Discord channel where we have moderators and people who can assist a lot faster.
