Congratulations and goodluck, your bistek tagalog is different from the bistek that I usually eat because your bistek has a twist which is the potatoes. I will try this one.
I also add potatoes on adobo recipes. It makes the dish more soulful. Give it a try & don't forget to steemit

I do add potatoes on my adobo recipe especially when you have kids because definitely kids are not fond of eating meat.
