@qurator,

I upvote more than 7 times per week (criteria for for TIER 2), but the last few days I have been noticing only TIER 0 support.

Would appreciate any assistance and information.

    Maybe you are just voting at the wrong time. We count the votes at 12PM UTC on MONDAY. Then we count all the upvotes for the week. So best to swing by before the deadline and make sure your votes are in. =)
