别担心，有空闲时间的时候就一起练习西班牙语把。你可以说：Así es, gracias por tus buenos deseos. When somebody replies politely to a kind comment, you usually use the the plural to emphasize that the other person is giving you a lot of kind words and that this person is kind to you in many ways.
