Summer Rain ~ Photo Friday
The summer monsoon season usually brings many thunderstorms to this area. It's a wonderful surprise when suddenly a rainbow appears as some bright evening sunlight breaks through the retreating clouds. Cathedral Rock and Oak Creek share rich summer color with the sky.

This image was shot on film in Sedona Arizona USA, and is also is being entered in ~ @czechglobalhosts 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - North American Friday week #83.
I've seen this one many times before, but.. Amazing shot! Wish I had one like this one. Also the colors look a little better than I remember, did you add some red or magenta or something? Not looking forward to the summer heat, but I am looking forward to the beautiful monsoon season! I hope we both get some fantastic shots! Good luck!
Yes this is the new version, I re-scanned it and started over. That was fun out shooting that storm with you after posting this, and getting some new rainbow shots.

Amazing! Double rainbow with all of those colours and that landscape! One of the most beautiful scenes :) this would make an incredible print, it could even go on a door! However, I'd always want to be sat in that room staring at the door haha!
