Qurator's Tasty Tuesday #107 | My Christmas Brunch Treat

It's Christmas morning and I have just finished attending Christmas Mass at Notre Dame Cathedral at Saigon. Feeling satisfied and blessed, I headed off to treat myself; at least a celebration even if it's just by myself. It was close to lunch time, well.. perhaps brunch is the right meal time.

Walking down Benh Thanh market, I surveyed around. This little cafe caught my eye; serving local Vietnamese dishes.

Fresh spring roll - filling is prawn & pork meat
Rice noodle with crab meat

This is a fulfilling and hearty meal for me.
I may not be with my family to celebrate this day but they are here with me spiritually and that's good enough for me.
I will be seeing them soon .. in the next 30 days to be exact.
