Um...I'm in the wrong tier. I thought it seemed a bit low lately. I should never fall into tier 1, even when I don't manage to upvote enough, as I'm delegating 200 SP.

    Hmmm... Yes that doesn't seem right, with delegations you should never fall out of Tier 2... Will investigate and upgrade you. =)
