Gratin de potimarron
Une recette de saison toute simple et sympa. pour le concours Tasty Tuesday competition qurator
Ingrédients :
2 tranches de jambon blanc
200 grammes de châtaigne précuite
1/2 potimarron
2 oeufs
10 cl de lait
10 cl de crème fleurette
fromage au choix pour gratiner
Recette :
Couper le 1/2 potiron en morceaux
Le cuire à l'étuvée 15-20 minutes (à feu moyen avec un demi verre d'eau et à couvert, surveiller qu'il reste assez d'eau)
Dans un plat à gratin émiettez les châtaignes et ajoutez le jambon en morceaux
Écrasez le potimarron et ajoutez les oeufs, le lait et la crème
Assaisonnez, sel, poivre et une pointe de muscade
Garnir le plat avec la préparation
Disposez quelques lamelles de fromage à votre goût (c'est du vieux cheddar que j'ai trouvé chez mon fromager, et oui il est blanc et en plus il a du goût...)
Cuire à four chaud 200° environ 30 minutes
En plus de conserver son goût cuire le potimarron à l'étuvée évite qu'il se gorge d'eau et donc le gratin garde une bonne tenue.
